In accordance with local laws, residents of the following Indian states are prohibited from participating in paid fantasy sports contests on Sports Fantasy India:

• Assam
• Odisha
• Telangana
• Nagaland
• Sikkim

Residents of these states may only participate in free contests. You are responsible for ensuring your participation complies with local regulations.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on Sports Fantasy India belong to the platform or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is prohibited without explicit written consent.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

Sports Fantasy India reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that we deem inappropriate. Once your account is terminated, your access to the platform will be revoked immediately.
